Returns

All of our stacks and bracelets are handcrafted and designed specifically for you. "Custom" bracelets are bracelets that you have added your personalization to-these CAN NOT be refunded or returned. IF we make an error we will replace. 

To return a product that you are unhappy with or that may have issue- you will have to provide documentation (picture) and return the bracelet. RETURNS MUST HAPPEN WITHIN 7 DAYS of RECEIVING PRODUCT. Please send us an email at thecshopjewelry@gmail.com- if you need a return.
