International orders are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or repairs for international orders.


We do not offer expedited shipping due to the nature of our custom design production timeline.


Please note, once an order has been passed to the USPS office or handler we are no longer responsible for the timeline or condition of the package. If you do not receive your order, your pieces are damaged, or tracking has stalled, please email thecshopjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and information so we can file a claim. Also, make sure to file a claim with the USPS, as they are responsible for the completion of your delivery.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

Unfortunately, there are not so nice people in the world and they can get in the way of you receiving your C Shop lovelies. IF this happens please reach out to us. 


RATES


When you spend $75 or more in the contiguous USA free standard shipping is all yours! Otherwise, our shipping is a $4.75 flat rate in the USA. Please note free shipping codes cannot be combined with any other offers.


SHIPPING STATUS

Our current turnaround time is 2-3 weeks due to the nature of our handmade and custom items. We do not ship on Sundays. An e-mail confirming your order and shipment will be sent to e-mail you provided at checkout. 

**COVID-19 Shipping update: we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays during the COVID-19 pandemic. Please use your tracking information to contact the shipping carrier if your items are taking an excessive amount of time to arrive. We do not accept returns or offer refunds due to shipping delays.


USA ORDERS


Please check your shipping address for accuracy. We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) First-Class Mail. Please allow approximately 4-7 business days for First-Class delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS


Please check your shipping address for accuracy. We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) First-Class Mail International or DHL. 


International orders are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or repairs for international orders.


Shipping charges do not include any import tax, duties, or customs and clearance fees which may be levied once your shipment reaches your country and The C Shop is not responsible for these fees. As the Importer of Record, you are responsible for any of these charges or others imposed by your country and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Contact your local customs office for information on what these charges may be. It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing/inspections and take up to six weeks or longer to arrive. The C Shop has no control over these processes.
